Never-ending diaper changes
Upon returning home, the couple found themselves in the midst of an epic day of childcare, with not a moment to catch their breath. Their seven babies used more than 300 diapers a week, and they had to feed their baby dozens of times a day for hours on end. The couple could only sleep every 20 minutes, and one of them was always holding the baby. They would make milk, feed the baby, change diapers, and put the baby to bed. In this endless loop, the couple’s strength and energy were sapped to the limit, and they had reached the point of exhaustion. The family’s life was in a complete state of panic.
