Days of Waiting
The blood samples were sent to a university lab. Eric said it would take two weeks to get the results. During those two weeks, Mark was restless. The time he spent with Leo seemed lovelier than ever. One night, Mark said to his wife, Sarah, “I don’t care what happens to Leo. Whatever Leo does, I’ll be with him until the end,” Sara says, smiling tenderly.
