Vera’s Change
As the birth approached, there was a noticeable change in Bella’s condition. Her belly was distended and she walked slowly. Her back legs were pushed down by her belly and she was hunched over. Mike became concerned. After consulting with the veterinarian, he was told that this was a normal change before giving birth. His udder has also become large and swollen. The nipples at the base of his hind legs were clearly visible. Then one day in November, I saw the baby moving in my belly. It was a fetal movement.
