Chapter 3 – The Rescue
They entered the water. The young dolphin, barely a meter long, was bound tight by the net.
“Carefully,” Sarah said through the comm.
Jake cut the ropes while the pod hovered close, watching.
After fifteen minutes the calf broke free and swam to its mother.
The dolphins circled the divers in graceful arcs—thankful, not afraid.
